2. What we offer

Orion Academy provides tarot, destiny matrix, numerology and couple compatibility readings. Cards are drawn at random and the explanation is written by artificial intelligence from the traditional meanings of these symbolic systems.

Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not scientifically proven, do not predict the future and do not replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser.

You must be 18 or older to use the service.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. You pay per reading; there is no subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Seller never sees or stores card details.

Credits from the 5-reading bundle are valid for 12 months from purchase.

4. Delivery and right of withdrawal

The reading is shown on screen right after payment and a copy with a PDF is emailed to you.

You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase and get your money back – just email info@orion-academy.eu. No reason needed.

5. Guarantee and refunds

If the reading didn't help, email info@orion-academy.eu within 14 days and we'll refund you.

If a technical error prevented your reading, the refund is automatic.

6. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading. Readings contain no medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Disputes

Send complaints to info@orion-academy.eu; we reply within 14 days. You may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
